Learn How to Configure Google Apps with C-Panel

Hi.. Every body Use This Simple Steps for Google Apps Configuration with C-Panel.

1) GO TO

https://www.google.com/a/cpanel/domain/new

2) Click on “Administrator: I own or control this domain” and then enter the domain name in the text box and click on get started...

You will be redirected to sign up page....

3) Enter all the details and click on continue

4) Now you will be redirected to setup page, now enter all the details but remember everything and click on “I accept”. Continue set up.

5) Now you will be redirected to "Welcome to Google Apps"

Now you click on "Upload an HTML file to yourdomain.com" and click on continue...

6) Now open a notepad file

Copy the code given after domain name like "googleffffffffe6e56608" and save the document with name "googlehostedservice.html" and upload it to your public_html folder and click on "I've completed the steps above"

7) Now you will be redirected to "Google Apps Setup Guide" now click on "Skip this guide"

8) Now you will be redirected to Dashboard.

9) Now click on Activate mail in Email Section. Now you will be redirected to a page "Changing Mail Exchange (MX) records"

10) Now open cpanel in other tab and go to cpanel>> MX entry in mail section.

11) Setting the MX Entry..

Delete all the present MX record if any....

Now add now record one by one as given below with their priority...

12) Now go back to the previous tab of "Changing Mail Exchange (MX) records" and click on "I Have completed this step".

13) It will take around 48 hours to update it...

14) Now again open cpanel in another tab and create a sub domain, Procedure is given below:

cpanel>>sub domain in domain section

Now in subdomain write mail and click on create. Your sub domain is created.






15) Now go to previous tab of google apps and go to service setting(In menu)>> click on email

16) Now copy the URL in the web address section of email for ex: 

"http://mail.google.com/a/yourdomain.com"

17) Now go to cpanel>> click on Redirects in domain section.

18) Now paste the copied URL in the “redirects to?” box, select the created subdomain that is mail.yourdomain.com and click on redirect.

19) You are done finishing all the settings.

20) So now you can create user and access your mail.
